What it could look like.

Day 1Afternoon arrival, settle in, kickoff session, dinner by the fire.
Day 2Morning working sessions in the breakout spaces, catered lunch, afternoon off-site activity (a hike, kayaking the Bashakill, or a facilitated session), team dinner.
Day 3Closing session over breakfast, then depart.
